Return / Exchange Policy

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable.

Received a faulty item? We're sorry to hear that, please contact us via email help@afrodesiacworldwide.com or via WhatsApp +1 (347) 651‑1455 with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization. One of our customer care agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

U.S. Returns

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

  • Pack the item in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Include the Afrodesiac Worldwide return form that came with your order .
  • Return the package by using your local Post Office, fedex, UPS Etc counters and obtain proof of postage via a tracking number . Please do not post the package for your return without obtaining a tracking number .
  • Keep your tracking number safe as you will need this as your proof of return. There is a returns form included in your parcel. If you have misplaced please let us know. We will be happy to email you one. Remember to add your order number . This can be found in your Order Confirmation email
  • Please note that returns shipping will be made at your own cost.

International Returns

When returning a parcel from outside of the US please follow the process below:

  1. please contact us via email help@afrodesiacworldwide.com or via WhatsApp +1 (347) 651‑1455 with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization.

Pack in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

  1. Include the Afrodesiac Worldwide return label found with your order. If you have misplaced it please contact us via email or phone, we will be happy to email you a replacement
  2. Return the package by using your local Post Office, FedEx, UPS or other shippers counters and obtain proof of postage via a tracking number. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a tracking number.
  3. Keep your tracking number safe as you will need this as your proof of return. There is a returns label included in your parcel. If you have misplaced this label you can simply return your items to the following address:

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local shipper. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Once you’ve received your shipped order email you can check the status of your order anytime. Here’s how: click on 'My Account' and simply place your order number into the ‘Track my order’ box.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
