RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Full-price items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items purchased at pop-up tour events, festivals or trunk shows can be exchanged within 14 days and will not be accepted for return.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bring your invoice or receipt (required - no exceptions) to any Afrodesiac Worldwide event, trunk show, pop-up tour event for quick exchanges. Refunds are not issued at Afrodesiac Worldwide festivals, events, trunk shows, or pop up tour events or for merchandise purchased at these events. We are happy to exchange an item purchased at festivals, pop up or Trunk show
We are unable to process exchanges for orders outside the continental U.S. If you need a new item, place a new order online, visit a store, or contact Afrodesiac Worldwide Customer Care via CONTACT link online or at 1-800 421-5183.
Shipping charges, as well as duties and taxes, are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.
